Steel Cable Shackle Safety padlock

SAFETY PADLOCKS are designed with the different type of users in mind. Supplied with an individual unique coded key and cylinder to differ 12-pin locking combinations. The locking key mechanism does not allow the release of key, until the shackle is closed and the padlock is locked.

Our Lockout Padlock range gives you the physical tools to help you implement and maintain an effective Safety Lockout program as per your own OSHA Policies & Procedures / Energy Control Programs, to prevent accidents and protect your employees.

Material: Cable safety padlock, Reinforced plastic body and stainless steel cable.

Description:

a) Durable, lightweight PA lock body is resistant impact, UV, corrosion, heat and low temperature -57℃ to +177℃.
b) Resistance of chemical, extreme temperatures and UV rays
c) Standard safety/owner labelling on both sides included. Customized design is supporting.
d) Key Retaining Feature: key is retaining while the locks unlocked.
e) High Security 12 pin cylinder lock, up to 100000pcs different locking mechanisms. All different keying systems available upon request
f) Bodies and keys stamped with key number as standard, Can be engraved if required.
g) Cable length 175mm, cable diameter 1.5mm
h) 11 different color options available for clear identification, Other colors can be customized.

KEY CHARTING SYSTEM:
1. Keyed Different System(KD): Each padlock is keyed different, the key for one lock can not open another, offered with 2 keys per padlock.
2. Keyed Alike System(KA):Each padlock is keyed alike. the key for one lock can open another. offered with 1 key per padlock.
3. Different Master Key System(MK): Keyed different padlocks, A master key will override and open all Keyed different padlocks. offered with 2 keys per padlock.
4. Alike Master Key System(KAMK):Each padlock is keyed Alike in one group. A master key will override and open all keyed alike groups.
5. Grand Master Key System(GMK):A grand master key can override and open all groups of Different Master Key.
